Held in our Amber Valley Wines Vineyard, on Back Lane, Wessington our amazing local Artisan stalls, showcase some of Derbyshire's finest craft and artisan producers and artists, enjoy together with some delicious street food and local wine and ales of course! 

Now more than ever it's important to support local. Our aim is to bring local artists and craft makers together to showcase their creations, whilst hosting lovely day out for the family. We'll have an outdoor bar and some background live music to enjoy too.

Whether you're looking for a gift for a friend, a treat for someone special or simply stocking up on essentials, we will have just what you need. A selection of the craft stalls include, Peak District photography, handmade greetings cards, felt art, crafted metal-work, handmade jewellery, ceramics, home decorations and illustrations, just to name a few. 

The market with be opening at 10am and closing at 4pm. We have free parking on site but please book your time slot on our website to secure your place.

It's a great location for local artisans and craft producers to sell their products and for local residents and visitors, it's a beautiful location to buy them! 

Our Orchard Farmers Market is already a popular local monthly fixture and really gets back to the roots of what farmers markets are all about.  We hope that a twice or thrice yearly Artisans Market will become an equally attractive local offer.

As we did last year, depending on the Covid-19 situation we will put in precautionary and sensible measures like a one-way system to ensure social distancing and a safe shopping experience, if required. Our site is a perfect location for passing traffic visiting the Peak District, and is a site that is perfect for a summer artisans market. For trader enquiries click here.

We expect a return to near normal conditions but ask that people remain cautious of Covid.

Car Parking - Please Book: there is extra space to park at our August market but is our biggest market and we are expecting greater numbers.  We can get a limited number of vehicles on at any one time so there will be a pre-booked (but free) system to manage numbers and ensure sensible social distancing and that we don't get too many on-site at a time. You can book your parking space and time-slot here - we are now open for bookings.  Be sure to follow the instructions when you book.

You can of course park locally but considerately and walk to us.  It only takes a few minutes.
